eFax Questions
First of all, I apologize if this is not the appropriate folder for a question about e-faxing. I couldn't find one that I thought would be better.
We just signed up for eFax because I had assumed that NetSuite would be able to automatically integrate an incoming fax into a given customer's record. After setting up the program and playing around for a bit, it now appears that I was mistaken. While we are able to generate outgoing faxes from NetSuite, I'm not sure how/if we would be able to handle incoming faxes into NetSuite. Can someone please provide some best practices with regard to handling incoming faxes? Thank you.
