Can close sales order, how do you close the invoice?

Hi,

We recently had someone cancel and order and we did not receive payment.

What is the best method to handle this?

I've closed the Sales Order, as it was pending fulfillment but can't figure out what to do with the Invoice?


Any suggestions, would also like the customer to receive an email showing the invoice was canceled and reflect the account balance.
