Shipping Charge Search or Report

Hello,

Does anyone know how i can generate a report or search that allows me to see the following columns:

Transaction Number (Sales Order)
Date
Ship to Addressee
Shipping Charge

The one I have trouble with is the shipping charge.  Thanks!
