Electronic Signature Practice?

Hello,

I am curious if there is a practice for electronic signature in NetSuite?  I suspect I could easily create an internet based form that indicates a customer has agreed to the terms of a document.  It seems this is too rudimentary or there is already a prescribed best practice.

In our scenario, we seek to have the system generate a PDF representing our contract created during the quote cycle.  As soon as the customer "signs" it, we will convert the quote to a sales order.
