Invoice detail from Excel?

So right now we complete all of our invoices from Excel . . . needless to say its a very manual process!  So I think I have figured out how to make the invoices in NS but I'm stuck on one aspect.  We have multiple services that we charge for.  We want to have a line for each service with the reference number attached.  For example :

Mr Smith - 123456    150.00
Mr Jones - 123789    150.00

However, each invoice can have up to a hundred line item, which I already have in an excel spreadsheet download.   Is there anyway to import or copy and paste the detail into NS so we don't have to sit and type in each line item?
