Create items receipt/ not billed account for non-inventory items

in Accounting / ERP

Hi,

We currently set up item receipt/ not billed  accrued liability account for inventory items. We would like to set up a similar account for non-inventory item. 

I was told by NetSuite support center that that function is not available. How do I work around to get it set up?
