Customize Choose Item Window columns?

When you are adding line items to a transaction, and you click on the right arrow, you get a sub-menu with "List", "Search", "New", "Open | Edit".  When I click "List", I get the "Choose Item Window".  I would like to change/customize the columns to show the UPC Code & Description, rather than the standard Item Name & Description.  Is there a way to customize this window?
