Enter COGS Account on Bill

Most of our vendor bills we need to pay need to be associated with certain COGS accounts.  When we do the drop-down under the expenses tab when we are entering a bill, our COGS accounts do not show up.  We need to be able to select a COGS account when entering a bill - please help.
