What happens if we Disable 'Team Selling'?

We enabled the Team Selling functionality and have since discovered that it is not ideal for the way our company operates.

I know that I can uncheck the box, however I don't know what this will do to the way our system is set up.  Does the contribution % automatically go to 100% for whomever is checked as the Primary?

Does anyone know what will happen? I'd rather try to find out the issues prior to doing it vs needing to fix things that get screwed up after the fact.

Any insight would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks!
