Payment subtab for a vendor bill- how to find?

Hello all,

I am hoping there is a simple answer for my question:

In our vendor bills, when they are paid, we do not have a payment subtab in "history" (but I've seen it in another company I work for, so I know it exists!).

How do we access this payment subtab?
