Accounting Period closed - unable to unlock
My company's accountant just closed a period from the Setup>Manage Periods screen by clicking on the little lock buttons, but then she realized she needed to make another change to that period. However, now we can't seem to unlock the period she closed.
We both have Administrator roles and the steps described in the help section do not seem to work. Any ideas?
