Inline Editing on Transactions

Hi,

I have a saved search for quotations / estimates and I want to be able to use inline editing for the quote status (fieldid: entitystatus) but currently I'm not able to do so.

Is this a standard design thing?  I know inline editing is turned on as I can edit certain fields - just not this one.

Any thoughts?
