Impact Printer / Dot Matrix
We use an impact printer and multi-part form for our pick tickets. The only way we have been able to get acceptable results is to max out the print quality settings. It now take one minute to print out a pick ticket and we are using up lots of ink. The legacy system screamed through this process and it worked great on LQ. We take this form out in the field on service jobs - and the multi part form is critical for our service process to work. Even though it is expensive - it save lots of labor in
