Tax Reg. Number

in Accounting / ERP

Any good reason why the Tax Reg. Number field is not direct list editable?  We've created a saved search for all of our tax exempt customers to make sure we have this number on file, but having to "Edit" each customer one at a time just to enter this number is very inefficient.
