Finance Charges - calculating as of today
I've been asked to start charging finance charges as of a certain date but the system wants to calculate from the date the invoice was due. Since we had not told our clients there would be finance charges we don't feel we can go back and access finance charges from the due date but from this date forward.
Is this possible in NetSuite?
IE: Due date March 2009 - they had 60 day terms with us. Invoice is unpaid.
We want to impliment finance charges as of the beginning of the year. Netsuite wants to go back to the due date.
Can this be done?
