Inventory Questions
Our business is construction, which makes using Netsuite a unique challenge. We do not use the sales order feature and invoice the customer at the beginning of the process (we use milestone billing, so they pay us in 4 installments). The problem is that we need to know what we actually have in our warehouse regardless of whether it's been invoiced or not, and we can't seem to find a way to do that.
For example:
If we have 100 panels invoiced, and don't have any in the warehouse, our on hand amount shows as -100. But we need to show what our actual warehouse amount is, so:
