How to stop collecting sales tax for a state?

Hi,

We no longer have a 'nexus' in a state and don't need to collect sales tax there any longer.

I can't find a way to 'turn off' the sales tax stuff for a single state.  We still have nexus in 4 other states.

Does anyone know how this might be done?

I contact NetSuite support and it appears as if they don't know how to do this.
