Couldn't email invoices to customers from 5:45-6:45PM ET.Got update_folder_size error

Anyone else have the same problem?

After hitting the "email" button on the invoice record to send out invoices to customers, the window would hang for about 5 minutes, then turn into one of two errors:

An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information .

OR

Error in update_folder_size.

We tried using multiple roles(bookkeeper,administrator) and multiple browsers(Chrome,FF,IE7) to no avail. Than all of a sudden an hour later we were able to use the "email" button on the invoice record to sent out the invoices.
