Display where no children exist

I'm trying to create a saved search of inventory items where certain children don't exist.

I setup my inventory items as:

AW12345 (Master)
  AW12345-MEDIATYPE1 (Child)
  AW12345-MEDIATYPE2 (Child)

I'd like to be able to say give me a list of "Masters" where MEDIATYPE2's don't exist as children of those parents.

Any thoughts?
