what Right is required to convert Proposal to Invoice?

Hey, Hi, All,

I have a situation with Roles that I do not quite understand & was just curious if any one else cracked this riddle.

What Right is required to convert Proposal to Invoice?

If I am viewing a Proposal with my much higher Rights, I have a button there that says "Convert" & presto, the proposal is an invoice.

If my coworker is logged-in as "AP Clerk" or "Sales Manager" & is on the same Proposal, no button there marked "Convert".

Anyone know how I can give this to him?

Maybe I can tweak the "Sales Manager" to grant this to him.
