Group Items not allowing saving to bill POST UPGRADE

Any orders using Group Items will not allow is to save the transcation to Bill (Invoice).  Now we can't invoice any orders with Groups Items...

When we hit save in the billing stage it says:

Notice (SuiteScript)
 
You cannot edit the end of group line. You must delete the group.  

Any ideas?  I have opened a case, but sometimes this is faster...
