Creating Invoices
Sometimes when we create invoices off the sales order it does not pull the correct shipping amount. The only time this happens is if the sales order is created and calculates shipping then before it is invoiced the salesperson changes the shipping amount, it pulls the old shipping amount onto the invoice and not the new shipping amount. Has anyone seen this happen before or does anyone have any ideas?
