"Save and Email" - Can it be a Popup?

When saving an Estimate or Invoice and "save and email" is chosen, is there a way that you have the opportunity to add a message before it auto-sends? Currently we're saving the document and then emailing separately, which is cumbersome. Having the option to add a personal message would be great.
