Donor Statement

Is there any way to send out statements for cash sales in a certain time period? We need to make PDF printed statements for tax purposes that show each donation made by a person throughout 2010. I can easily run a search a show the donations each person made for the year and set customer as the filter. But, printing each search for each customer individually is not very efficient. I need to do something more like a statement or a PDF mail merge, but I am drawing a blank as to how get a list of cash sales into either.
