Company Credit Card Features

I've searched for previous topics on the issue I'm having, but I can't seem to locate any help.

I am attempting to use the Company Credit Card feature in our Netsuite One World edition.  I have setup several accounts in the chart of accounts with a type of "Credit Card" and I believe I have enabled all relevant options in the administrator role.  However, when I go to the "use credit card" page I hit a dead end.  Nothing shows up in the "account" drop down field, and when I click on the + to add a new account, nothing happens.
