New VAT 100 Report not working?

I have installed the bundle for the new VAT reporting:

Bundle Number: 3375
Name: Tax Filing & Reporting


However, the numbers the VAT 100 report is generating is clearly wrong.  Our VAT return is normally c. £80k but the VAT 100 report for last quarter (Nov 2010 to Jan 2011) is only showing a total of c. £1,500.

Is anyone else having trouble with these new reports?
