VAT100 incorrect totals

We've run a VAT100 report, but for some reason, the figures for the last qtr (Nov-Jan) are not including January's figures.
We've checked the Tax Period set up, and updated the new VAT bundle to 3.04 - but still the problem remains.

Has anyone else come across this issue?
