New York State Clothing Sales Tax

Has anyone figured out how to calculate Sales Tax based upon the new NYS Sales tax for clothing.  Certain items in certain counties under $55 are not taxed.  Some items between $55 and 110 are taxed by some  counties and all clothing items over $100 are taxed.  We need to implement for 4/1/11.
