PDF Printing Problems - "grays out" Win7/IE8/Adobe10
Hi All -
We are experiencing some significant PDF printing issues:
Win7 - IE 8 - Adobe 10
When printing cash sales or invoices at the completion of our fulfillment process, we frequently (50x day when processing 250 orders - so 1 in 5) receive a gray blank .pdf rendered in Adobe. Attempting to reprint causes the same problem, and the only solution is for the user to log out of NS, log back in, go back to the CS/INV record and reprint. This is causing considerable delays in fulfillment!
We also experience this "gray-ing out" when batch printing pick tickets.
Is anyone else experiencing this specific problem?
