Auto-fulfilling Orders
I'm trying to setup order processing in the following way and am running into troubles. Step 1 is fine, it is 2-4 that I'm having trouble with.
1. Customer orders -> Sales and Purchase Orders are automatically generated
2. The purchase order (along with our custom packing slip and return policy) are automatically emailed to the appropriate vendor (we drop ship many items).
3. For the items that are not marked as drop ship, NS will leave those PO's for our warehouse to pick and fulfill.
4. Every morning I get a report(s) that show a) all new orders, b)all POs that were sent automatically, c)all non-drop ship items that were fulfilled or need to be fulfilled
