Can't edit transaction items in Chrome

Hi, we have been using a variety of browsers including Chrome, but we have noticed today that we cannot properly edit transaction lines in Chrome because they are not displayed properly: the button bar saying "Done, Make Copy, Insert, Remove, Cancel" etc is not shown in Chrome.

There is no such problem in Firefox 3.6 or IE9.

Anybody else with this issue today?
It was working last week.
