Export Full CSV doesn't export some items?

I did the Full CSV Export this morning and out of curiosity looked at the CSV files. We have ~ 700 non-inventory items for sale and another ~700 kit/package items made up of non-inventory items.

Only about 400 non-inventory items were exported and displayed in the Full CSV Export. Has anyone else experienced the Full CSV export not fully exporting item lists???
