Reseller Certifiacate for One State and Tax

in Accounting / ERP

I have a customer that has a reseller cert for California (Therefore should not be charged tax) but They also have sites in NY and WA where we must apply tax.  How can I set them up so that they are charged tax when shipping to WA but not CA.
