RMA Date Closed Field

in Accounting / ERP

I'm writing a search to measure RMA turn around times. I'm trying to key off the DATE CLOSED field for the end time but the date comes up the same as the date created. This isn't right as I can drill into the system messages and see when the status was change to Closed, and that date is never the same as the DATE CLOSED field.

Any thoughts???
