Netsuite Auto Generates email and sends to Despatch

Hi,

Everytime we create a new PO, Netsuite generates a  email and sends it to Despatch. We have not selected on the Purchase Order 'To Be E-mailed' check box, but still they get sent to Despatch.
I have checked a few PO's and none of them have the tick box checked. So do not know why they are being sent.

Our supplier does have Despatch as their email address but no box are checked in the supplier.

Does anyone know why?
Will it be anything do with Supervisor Approval?
