Double Posting Bills and Bill Payments

edited Oct 5, 2011 1:54PM in Accounting / ERP 5 comments

Hello,

One of our users has been having problems with entering Bills and Bill Payments - many of them are double posting. Checking the System Information on my end, both transactions are recorded at the same time. This leads me to believe that when they are clicking "Save", it is processing twice (or they are double clicking, or not being patient after they hit Save the first time).

Should the system give a warning that this transaction has already been submitted, and are you sure you want to continue? That's what I would suspect. BTW, this user is remote, so I've only watched them enter a few transactions and can't determine whether its "user error" or Netsuite error.

Howdy, Stranger!
