Inventory Valuation "not tally" with total inventory a/c in Balance Sheet

Could anybody explain why the total figure in our "Inventory Valuation Report" is not tally/not match with the figure in the total inventory Account shown in the Balance Sheet. (Both reports are with the same "As Of" a specific date).

Please advise. Many thanks.
