How to customize the Bank Deposit form?

Right now when I go to make a bank deposit I have the following columns:

Deposit
Date
Type
Number
Memo
Pmt. Meth.
Ref No.
From
Currency
Payment Amount
Amount (USD)

I don't want all these and I want to move them around so some come before others.  How do I do this.  I have tried modifying the Transaction Forms and customizing the deposit form....I can't find it anywhere!  Please help!
