Non-Inventory Item for Resale

I am trying to create an item that would be basically anything from a specific vendor and just at a 35% markup to it. The company is small and not keeping track of the small items the sub sell but just wants a markup every time  an invoice is created. Am I missing something or just looking in the wrong place to do this.
