Emailing monthly statements

We send out a statement to all our customers once a month detailing their outstanding invoices - this normally goes via email.

We deal with quite a lot of companies, where the day to day point of contact and the person in accounts who pays the bills are different people... how can we make sure the email goes to the person in accounts, rather than the point of contact?
