Issue adding items to PO

Just today, I have been trying to create a new Purchase Order, but having some issues.  I am able to select the item and it is recognized in the search, but no related information is populated once I select the item... no description, no pricing, nothing.  Then, I can't add or remove the line that I just tried to create.  My only option is reload the page although I am able to get into other fields on the page not related to the items columns.

Strangely, I am able to add items via Multiple Select without an issue.  Anyone else running into this issue?  Might this have something to do with the recent new release?
