Chart Of Accounts - Restrictions

in Accounting / ERP

We have set some restrictions on some of our Accounts so that only certain Departments, Divisions, and or Locations can make transactions to those accounts.  I can't seem to find a way thru a search or a report to print that list.  Why are those fields not exposed on a search, report, or the export function?  What are Netsuite Fields not exposed to us?
