Can't Change Sales Tax Accounts?
Is it true that if you use the state tax tables, you can't change your tax liability account? I want to inactivate an account and begin using another one for a state, for example, to combine accounts. So, since there is no way to mass update tax codes, I individually change every one.
Then, I went to see if this would stick after importing tax tables - I am not able to change the account on the import state tax tables page. So, when the new codes are imported, everything is switched back to the old account. I changed them on the tax type pages - it still will not let me change the account on the import page. I am told this is an enhancement and not a defect?!
