Approve Online Bill Pay Page

in Accounting / ERP

We keep getting vendors popping up on our Approve Online Bill Payments page even when we have not used the Online Bill Payment feature for these vendors.  They pend in this page with "Enable Online Bill Pay" forever.  Any ideas on how the vendors end up populating this page in error?  Thanks
