Multiple Invoices Created

Hi all --

We have a customer on a monthly billing schedule who instead of being billed just once like we specify in the Billing Schedule Count, is being billed 50-60 times in one day!

The invoices aren't duplicates, each one has a subsequent invoice number... and I don't even know where to start!

Please let me know what additional info I can provide!
