Interest and Taxes Paid Report

in Accounting / ERP

I'm trying to create a report that shows me when we have paid both taxes and interest.  I know the G/L accounts but when I try to create a report that ties to Cash all I can see is the 2 accounts that effect cash (Cash and AP).  Is there a way to link the Bill Payment and the actual Bill that shows the Tax and Interest Accounts that were originally entered?
