FX rates

We're currently importing lots of older transactions into NS, and the old FX rates don't seem to be correct - when we receive or bill a PO, it is set up to pick up the rate from the purchase order for the bill or receipt.

However it keeps resetting the rate to one that is wrong - for example the rate between £ and euro should be 0.85206, but it keeps resetting it to 1.509 for some reason.

The only thing I can think of is that there must be a load of historical rates in there mucking things up - can I bulk update these to the correct ones?
