Bulk bill sales orders > Set To be Emailed > But not all emails send?
Anyone encounter issues where you set "To be Emailed" equal to true during bulk billing of sales orders, process the bulk billing, NetSuite says the emails went through (no errors), but in fact many did not send. Also, is there a way to see the historical sent/error log?
We had a batch recently where 201 out of 287 processed invoice did not send (results of a saved search filtered on the message fields on the transaction).
If I reset the "To be emailed" to true, will it trigger a new email on update? Or do I need to create a saved search and do a mail merge?
