franchisee - main company

we have a customer who has 60 franchisees.
Every franchisee send PO to us by himself. We ship goods to him,but we invoice the main company. The main company pays all the bills every month.
The franchisees want to set up a password to log into our shopping site to put orders online.
But if we give him the access, he can see the main company's accounts and other franchisees orders. The main company doesn't want him to access these.
How can I do it?
