Accidentally converted to wrong item type - can it be changed?
Hi,
Until recently many of our items have been drop shipped. We are now keeping many of them in stock. I have been gradually converting non-inventory items to inventory items. Whilst converting a few, by mistake I selected 'convert to inventory' rather than 'convert to lot numbered inventory' for a particular product. I realised my mistake as soon as I clicked on 'save'.
Is there any way to either undo this or convert it. I don't want to set up another SKU and lose all of the historical data.
Also, is it yet possible to convert non-matrix items to matrix? I know that in the past this has not been possible but wondered if things have moved on.
